Monterey County’s first winery. One of the most remarkable winery properties in all of California. Perched at 1800 feet above the Salinas Valley, this rugged vineyard sits at the base of an extinct volcano bordering Pinnacles National Park. The site was chosen for its limestone soils similar to those in Burgundy, France.

In 1999, after farming in the Salinas Valley for three generations, the Manzoni family converted six acres of vine rootstock at the base of the Santa Lucia Highlands into Pinot Noir grapes. The tasting room is located in the center of this picturesque vineyard.
